We built this because we kept seeing the same problem.
Small businesses are stuck.
They need marketing to grow. But good marketing costs more than they can afford. A junior marketer is $5,500 a month before tools. An agency wants $3,000-8,000 and treats you like one of twenty clients.
So the owner does it themselves. Posts when they remember. Follows up when they can. Answers calls when they're not with a customer. And wonders why growth has stalled.
We've spent our careers in technology - building systems that work at scale, deploying AI in industries where mistakes aren't an option, and watching these tools get better every year. But they only ever reached the companies that could afford six-figure implementation budgets.
A dentist can't afford that. A plumber can't. A mortgage broker running a team of four definitely can't.
So we asked a simple question: what if we took the same AI that enterprises use and packaged it so a local business could actually use it? Not as a tool they have to figure out. As a crew that just shows up and does the work.
That's Hire Your Crew.
The AI does the heavy lifting. A real human makes sure nothing goes sideways. Your business gets more leads, more content, and more customers - without hiring a marketing department.
One thing we refuse to compromise on.
Every plan comes with a human GTM engineer. Not optional. Not an add-on. Built in.
AI is good. Really good. But it's not perfect. It'll write a great ad 9 times out of 10. That tenth time could be the one your best customer sees.
Our GTM engineers catch those moments. They review every piece of content, every outbound call, every lead response before it reaches your customers. They know your brand. They know your industry. And they know when to override the AI.
This isn't fully autonomous. That's the point.
The founders
Krishna Tammireddy
CEO
Spent two decades in enterprise technology, most of it at the intersection of technology and industries where getting it wrong has real consequences - financial services, insurance, telecommunications. Along the way, deployed more than 70 AI systems in production. Not demos. Not pilots. Real systems handling real customer interactions, real compliance requirements, real money. Built Ziplo.ai to solve the testing problem - making sure AI agents actually work before they reach customers. Then realised the bigger opportunity was putting those agents to work for businesses that couldn't otherwise access them.
